Tell a story - nov 30th 2012

I chose this picture because i feel like the steering wheel alongside the windshield of a car facing the vast amount of bush leaves the viewer many ideas of how this scene came about.

Friday photo - glimpse - Nov. 23 2012

I chose this photo because the broken gate feels like a doorway into the field. The colors that are brought out, make the picture feel warm and pleasant.  I am also very fond of the far distance of the field almost making it feel never ending.

Friday photo November 16th 2012

This photo is clearly black and white. The two most opposite things that exist. Sure originally the white was yellow but i didnt feel black and yellow were going to satisfy the topic of the photo. So i took it through photoshop like my other friday photos.

FRIDAY PHOTO #3 NOVEMBER 10TH - SPILLED

The photo that was originally a dark photogrpah. I wasnt too keen on the colors and feel of the image so, like the other friday photos ive posted, i put it through photoshop. I messed around with the hue and saturation and the curves then eventually came out with this. I actually like it, i feel the light tint on the grass makes the image feel old and somewhat retro.

FRIDAY PHOTO #2 - "CREEPY" - NOV 2 2012

I selected this photo because i felt like it successfully captured a lonely atmosphere in a children's playground. I added the black and white effect to emphasize on the emotions i believe the empty playground brought.

FRIDAY PHOTO 1 - October 26th 2012

This photo as taken with the flash on. It added a certain depth to the hair and reflection of Andrew's face. After the photo was taken i played around with it in photoshop and came out with this image. 

Tilt Shift

 This photo was a challenging one to take. It required climbing upon a wet building but was worth it.

 This photo took us climbing a latter in the wood shop.

This one was just stairs.


These three photos opened a unique skill of photography. It brought upon the attention to detail of color and focusing and how a simple blur can bring forth a certain area of the photo to the viewers attention. The photos required my team of photography "experts" to reach certain physical heights to capture the image of the scene below. After strategically selecting these three photos out of the gallery that we came out with, we played around with it in photoshop. After going through trial and error to discover the most exciting areas in the photo and bringing them to life we added a "Lens Blur" followed by adjustments with the photos hue and saturation. After toying around with the colors i came out with these three images.

            This photo demonstrates the sense of family within the wolves. I find the wolf on the left with their paw covering the center wolves face shows the playfulness within this family. The black and white highlights the depth of the situation because the color of the wolves fur.
